The Scottish Government has just announced a new Help to Buy scheme to be released shortly. Whilst full details are not yet available, we understand that loans of up to £25,000 will be made available to anyone with a 5% deposit with no repayment until the house is sold. As we say, full details of this scheme are awaited and when we receive them, we’ll bring them to you.
